The Cockpit Resto application includes Sabine, an automated analysis assistant powered by artificial intelligence, using Anthropic’s Claude API (PBC, San Francisco, USA). In accordance with the European Regulation on Artificial Intelligence (AI Act, EU 2024/1689), Sabine is classified as a minimal-risk AI system. Each analysis produced by Sabine is clearly identified as AI-generated within the application interface.
5. Personal Data and GDPR
Cockpit Signature collects and processes personal data in connection with the use of the website and the Cockpit Resto application, in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).
