2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply exclusively to professionals (B2B). Any subscription to our offers implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. The T&Cs in effect at the time of subscription prevail over any earlier version. They are permanently accessible at cockpitsignature.com/cgv.

All prices are indicated inclusive of all taxes (Cockpit Signature is not subject to VAT). Cockpit Signature reserves the right to modify its pricing with 30 days’ notice by email.
4. Subscription Terms
Free trial
Cockpit Resto offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. No billing occurs during the trial. At the end of the trial, access is suspended unless payment details are entered and the subscription is confirmed.
Online subscription
Subscription is completed at resto.cockpitsignature.com. It is considered accepted upon payment confirmation via Stripe. A confirmation email is sent immediately.
Consulting sessions
Sessions are booked and paid for via the booking link provided by Cockpit Signature. The session is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
5. Billing and Payment
Terms
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly (or annually for the annual subscription) on the subscription anniversary date, via Stripe. Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe.
Invoices
Invoices are generated automatically and available in the customer area under Settings → My Account. They indicate the absence of VAT (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
Payment default
In the event of payment failure, Stripe makes 3 automatic attempts over 7 days. Without resolution, access is suspended. In the event of persistent non-payment beyond 15 days, the subscription is terminated. A flat-rate collection fee of €40 applies in accordance with Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.
6. Term and Termination
Term
Subscriptions are commitment-free and of indefinite duration (monthly or annual depending on the chosen plan).
Termination by the customer
In accordance with the law of August 1, 2023 (the “mirror termination” law), termination is completed in 1 click from Settings → My Account → Cancel my subscription. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the period already commenced.
Termination by Cockpit Signature
Cockpit Signature may terminate the subscription in the event of a breach of these T&Cs, non-payment, or fraudulent behavior, after a formal notice remains unaddressed for 8 days.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content whose performance has begun with the professional’s agreement before the expiration of the withdrawal period. However, if you encounter a problem within the first 7 days following your first payment (excluding the free trial), contact us at contact@cockpitsignature.com — we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
8. Service Modifications
Cockpit Signature may evolve Cockpit Resto’s features (addition, modification, removal). Substantial modifications are communicated 30 days in advance by email. If a modification negatively affects your plan’s
