These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Cockpit Resto application, published by Cockpit Signature. By creating an account, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

2. Description of the Service
Cockpit Resto is a SaaS management software designed for independent and multi-location restaurant owners. It centralizes restaurant data (finance, team, kitchen, communication) and connects to the restaurant owner’s existing tools (Zelty, Pennylane, Combo, Skello).
The service is accessible online via a web browser, with no software installation required.
3. Access to the Service
Account creation
To use Cockpit Resto, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Eligibility conditions
The service is reserved for professionals (B2B). By registering, you declare that you are acting within the scope of your professional activity.
Free trial
A 14-day free trial is available on the Solo and Pro plans, with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, access is suspended unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
4. Plans and Features
Access to features depends on the subscribed plan:
- Solo Plan (€39/month excl. VAT): 1 location, manual data entry, essential features
- Pro Plan (€89/month excl. VAT): up to 2 locations, API connections, advanced modules
- Multi Plan (€249/month excl. VAT): up to 3 locations included, consolidated management
- Bras Droit (custom quote): Cockpit Signature support + Cockpit Resto included

5. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when registering
- Use the service only for lawful professional purposes
- Not attempt to access features not included in your plan without authorization
- Not share your login credentials with unauthorized third parties (excluding team guests included in your plan)
- Not use the service to store data that is unlawful or harmful to third parties
- Keep your billing information up to date
6. Intellectual Property
Cockpit Signature is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights relating to Cockpit Resto: source code, design, architecture, trademarks, logos, and documentation.
The subscription grants you only a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the application. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the application.
The data you enter into the application remains your property. We never use it for commercial purposes.
7. Service Availability
Cockpit Signature commits to making its best efforts to keep Cockpit Resto accessible 24/7. However, interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.
We will inform you of scheduled maintenance via email or in-app notification with reasonable advance notice.
Cockpit Signature cannot be held liable for unavailability caused by external factors (internet outage, third-party service provider failure, force majeure).
8. Third-Party Integrations
Certain features (Pro and Multi plans) require connection to third-party tools (Zelty, Pennylane, Combo, Skello). These connections are subject to the terms of use specific to each tool.
Cockpit Signature is not responsible for malfunctions related to these third-party tools, nor for changes to their APIs that could temporarily affect synchronization.
9. Suspension and Termination
By the user
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
By Cockpit Signature
Cockpit Signature reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a violation of these Terms, persistent non-payment (after reminders), or fraudulent use of the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
Cockpit Resto is a decision-support tool. The information displayed is based on data entered or synced. Cockpit Signature cannot be held liable for decisions made based on the data displayed in the application.
Cockpit Signature’s liability is limited to the amount paid over the 12 months preceding the dispute.
11. Modifications to the Terms
We may modify these Terms. You will be notified by email 30 days before substantial changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction where Cockpit Signature’s registered office is located.
